Join TITAN’s team as a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) and take charge of implementing safety policies and requirements on project sites. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process. You will work closely with in-house personnel such as Project Managers, QC Managers, Superintendents, and external personnel to maintain a safe project site and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations. TITAN is accepting resumes for a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO). The SSHO is responsible for implementing the safety requirements and policies on the project site. The SSHO’s role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process and working with other in-house personnel (e.g., Project Managers, QC Managers, Superintendents, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a safe project site.TITAN provides Construction Management services Nationwide and abroad to Prime Contractors and Owners. Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct personnel and equipment inspections daily
Conduct safety orientations and meetings with personnel at the jobsite
Conduct mishap investigations
Maintain applicable safety reference material at the jobsite
Attend pre-construction conference, pre- work meetings, and three phase inspection meetings
Implement and enforce APP, AHAs and EM 385-1-1
Ensure subcontractor compliance of safety requirements
Remove personnel not wearing proper PPE or are a safety risk.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends maybe required
