ENSURING CONTRACT COMPLIANCE IN TX
Texas plays a vital role in the nation’s economy, infrastructure, and border security, making contract compliance in TX a top priority for federal construction projects. With extensive activity in areas such as oil drilling, trade, and construction, the demand for reliable oversight continues to increase. Given that Texas is the second-largest state in both area and population, ensuring contract compliance in TX is essential for maintaining quality, safety, and legal standards. Titan Consultants proudly provides quality control and compliance services across key cities throughout the state.

- Pantex Facility
- El Paso VA Medical Center
- Dallas-Fort Worth VA National Cemetery
Throughout the dozens of projects we have managed in a QCM capacity in Texas, our efforts have supported numerous government agencies, including the USACE Fort Worth District and the Galveston District. We are also proud to provide services to NAVFAC Southeast Installations throughout Texas. As CQC System Managers, our number 1 goal is to ensure contract compliance. This protects not only the end user but also the prime and subcontractors from having to fix or replace work. Our work consists of RMS maintenance and updates, submittals, three-phase inspections, progress meetings, punch-out, pre-finals, and final acceptance inspections, and owe perate as the liaison between the prime contractor and the contract facilitator.
Conduct punch-out, pre-final, and final acceptance inspections.

What are the USACE district locations in Texas?
You can find the Dallas-Fort Worth and Galveston districts in Texas, but they do not encompass the entire state. Due to the state’s immense size, Tulsa and Albuquerque Districts also cover a portion of Texas.
