Project Overview

Purpose:

The Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this project involves providing altered guidance that deviates from the current template used for design and room content layout.
The project requires adjustments to the design and room sizes specified in the existing template. The renovation work will be based on the actual room areas indicated in the attached floor plan, which are approximate and not exact.

Scope of Work:

Design Adjustments: Modify the current design template to accommodate the project’s specific requirements.
Room Content Lay-In: Adjust the room content and layout based on the revised floor plan.
Room Sizes: Renovation will be done to the extent possible according to the provided floor plan, which may differ from the template’s standard room sizes.

TITAN’s Role:

Quality Control (QC) Management:
- Responsibilities: TITAN provided Quality Control Management services for the project.
- Duties: Ensured that the renovation met the specified quality standards, adhered to project requirements, and complied with the adjusted design guidance. This involved overseeing the renovation activities, conducting inspections, and managing quality-related documentation to ensure successful project completion.

Procedures for tracking preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases; control, verification, and acceptance tests, including documentation

Ensured all reports were prepared and submitted by the QC Plan, including the Daily Quality Control Reports
Maintained all the project quality control files
Reported and logged any work not meeting Spec requirements
Recorded all data in the QCS database
