The Meeting
You're assigned a dedicated Pre-Construction Manager who serves as your contact throughout the submittal and approval process. We'll review your objectives and what we need to get started.
Contract & RFI Review
Your Pre-Construction Manager reviews your contract documents and begins building your project-specific plan, then requests key items from the Prime Contractor: personnel qualifications, equipment, subcontractors, testing agencies, DFOW, and more.
Plan Development
While we wait on your requested information, we start building the plan using what we know and our own project experience.
Final Preparations
Once we've finished our end and received your information, we conduct final preparations on the plans.
Plan Submission
Within 1-2 days of receiving all required information, we electronically submit the plans to you for submission to the Government.
