Scope of Work: Renovation of Existing Hangar

However, the project encompasses several key areas to enhance the hangar’s functionality, safety, and efficiency while adhering to all security protocols.

Scope of Work:

CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (CQCM) SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Daily QC Management: Oversee daily quality control tasks to ensure project compliance.
  2. Documentation and Inspection: Review and manage project documentation and inspections.
  3. Team Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and external personnel.
  4. Submittal Log Maintenance: Create and update project submittal logs and QC reports.
  5. Review Shop Drawings: Ensure shop drawings and submittals meet project specifications.
  6. Lead QC Meetings: Chair and document weekly quality control meetings.
  7. Daily QC Reporting: Provide reports on conforming and non-conforming activities.
  8. Pre-Construction Meetings: Conduct preparatory meetings to set quality standards.
  9. Material Verification: Verify all materials meet approved standards and are correctly handled.
  10. Testing and Commissioning: Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems.
  11. As-Built Drawings: Maintain daily updates to “as-built” drawings.
  12. Project Closeout Documents: Compile O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties for project closeout.
  13. Quality and Safety Enforcement: Halt work to resolve any safety or quality issues.

Site safety and health officer scope of work

  • Conduct daily safety and health inspections, maintaining a log of inspected areas, dates, hazards, corrective actions, and completion dates. Submit daily reports to the QC Manager.
  • Conducted mishap investigations, completed accident reports, and reported near misses.
  • Use and maintain OSHA’s Form 300 to log work-related injuries and post Form 300A on the site safety bulletin board.
  • Attend pre-construction, mutual understanding, three-phase quality, and progress meetings.
  • Review, approve, implement, and enforce the APP and Accident Hazard Awareness (AHAs) for compliance with EM 385-1-1.
  • Maintain applicable safety reference materials on-site.
  • Establish and maintain a safety deficiency tracking system.
  • Maintain a list of hazardous chemicals and their Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
  • Maintain a weekly list of high-hazard activities and be prepared to discuss details during Quality Control Progress Meetings.
