1. USACE Quality Control (QCS/RMS 3.0)
Our QCM experts managed all nighttime reporting requirements through the Resident Management System (RMS 3.0). We ensured that daily reports, production volumes, and hydrographic survey data were accurately logged and synchronized with USACE requirements, preventing administrative bottlenecks and ensuring timely progress payments.
2. EM 385-1-1 Safety & Health Oversight
Safety risks escalate during night operations. Titan maintained a vigilant presence to ensure strict adherence to USACE EM 385-1-1 safety standards. Our oversight included:
