Indefinite Delivery Contract N6945021D0067- Build MACC – Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) awarded a $249 million Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to support general construction services across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. This master contract, set aside for total small businesses, includes a five-year ordering period ending September 2026, with individual task orders ranging from $4 million to $20 million.
Under this MACC, the Pacwest-Korte Joint Venture received two task orders:
An $18.1 million firm-fixed-price task order to renovate Building 603 at NAS Pensacola, Florida, with work scheduled from June 2022 to December 2023.
A $1 million minimum guarantee firm-fixed-price task order as part of the contract award.
The original solicitation aimed to award approximately seven IDIQ contracts, using a two-phase best value tradeoff evaluation. Offerors submitted initial technical proposals followed by pricing for a seed project. Each awarded IDIQ contract included a $1,000 minimum guarantee over the five-year term.
The scope of work includes design-build and design-bid-build services for a variety of facility types, such as:
Aviation support structures
Marine and waterfront facilities
Barracks and housing
General building construction

SITE SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER (SSHO) SCOPE OF WORK
- Enforced all safety rules based on the Accident Prevention Plan and EM 385-1-1
Performed daily safety inspections and filled out safety checklists

Coordinated with crews to ensure safe work practices
