China Lake construction support played an important role in this completed federal project at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake. In addition, China Lake construction support helped maintain safe and efficient operations during construction activities at this critical military installation. The facility serves the United States Navy and supports research, testing, and defense readiness missions. Furthermore, the project operated under the authority of the United States Department of Defense through Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command.
For this project, Titan Consultants provided Superintendent and Site Safety and Health Officer services for the prime contractor HHI Corporation. As a result, our team delivered support by guiding daily field operations and strengthening site safety performance.

Furthermore, the Site Safety and Health Officer actively enforced federal safety standards, including EM 385-1-1 requirements. Our team conducted safety inspections, identified potential hazards, and implemented corrective actions when necessary.
Consequently, China Lake construction support strengthened both field supervision and safety management throughout the project.
