- Examining all submittals for quality assurance (especially MEP submittals) and making comments to ensure all documents are compliant.
- Ensuring compliance with stated requirements, performing quality engineering evaluations of design documents, including vendor quality manuals and corporate quality records.
- Collaborating with Project and Quality Management to implement corrective and preventive actions for project nonconformances and quality issues.
- Additionally, providing input on Commissioning Agents ensures a seamless process and enhances overall project efficiency.
- Furthermore, assisting the Construction Manager in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the Turnover Documentation Package helps streamline the project’s final stages.
- Assisting in the review of installed labeling, signage, and tagging.
- Contributing to creating project-specific QA/QC dashboards, equipment tracking matrices, and semi-annual QA/QC “Deep Dive” presentations.
- Attending key construction meetings, including weekly project updates, monthly QA/QC reviews, MEP/OAC sessions, and daily startups.
