Project Overview

Location:

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Scope of Work:

Roofing: Replacement of roofing material system.
Restroom Renovations: The mezzanine men’s restroom and first-floor women’s restroom will be repaired and upgraded to meet accessibility requirements.
Doors and Windows: Replacement of roll-up doors and non-functioning high-bay window operating devices.
Fire Alarm System: Replacement of the fire alarm system.
HVAC System: Replacement of the mezzanine’s air conditioning system.
Ceiling Systems: Replacement of suspended acoustical and drywall ceilings.
Electrical and Transformer Work: Replacement of transformer and associated electrical support.
Fire Sprinkler System: Installation of a new fire sprinkler system.
Demolition: Remove abandoned ducts, pipes, and acid mist fume collector in the steam clean room.
Waste Tank: Replacement and relocation of an above-ground waste tank.

Quality Control Management:
- Responsibilities: Provided a Quality Control Manager for the project.
- Duties: Oversaw the quality of all renovation and repair activities, ensured compliance with project specifications and standards, conducted inspections, and managed quality-related documentation.

Procedures for tracking preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases; control, verification, and acceptance tests, including documentation

Ensured all reports were prepared and submitted by the QC Plan, including the Daily Quality Control Reports
