roject Overview

EAST CAMPUS BUILDING 4 (ECB4), also known as EAST CAMPUS ECB4, represents a major federal design-build development at Fort Meade, Maryland. Moreover, EAST CAMPUS ECB4 supports critical national security expansion for NSA and U.S. Cyber Command. In addition, EAST CAMPUS ECB4 strengthens cyber mission readiness by delivering advanced, secure, and scalable infrastructure. Consequently, the project advances long-term defense capabilities while integrating high-security operational requirements. TITAN CONSULTANTS provided Structural QCM services, ensuring strict compliance, quality control, and structural integrity throughout execution.


Project Scope and Development

The project includes the construction of a large-scale, multi-story mission facility. Furthermore, the contractor delivers SCIF-compliant workspaces, secure operational zones, and flexible office layouts. Additionally, the project team constructs supporting structures such as parking facilities, access roads, and pedestrian connections. As a result,  improves site connectivity and operational flow across the entire East Campus complex. TITAN CONSULTANTS supported Structural QCM oversight, ensuring that all structural works met federal quality and safety standards.

Meanwhile, the scope also integrates full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. Therefore, the project team ensures compliance with strict federal construction and security standards.
