Brief Description: Boiler Replacement Project at the Medical Center
Project Overview: This project focuses on upgrading the critical infrastructure of the medical center by replacing all burners, burner controls, and associated instrumentation, valves, and ancillary equipment on the three existing four-pass wetback Scotch marine boilers. The boilers, manufactured by York Shipley, are Model 5112L-S4W-700-S200 units with a capacity of 700 HP.

- Type: Four-pass wetback Scotch marine firetube boilers
- Horsepower: 700 HP
- Capacity: Able to operate up to 200 psi at a production rate of 24,000 lbs./hr.
- Current Operation: Currently operating at 100 psig, supplying saturated steam to the medical center.
Scope of Work:
Burner Replacement:
