This project involves the comprehensive design, renovation, and alteration of the existing medical facility at Ft. Meade, MD. The scope of work extends beyond the primary medical facility to encompass a wide range of healthcare-related buildings and spaces. The project includes renewing and enhancing hospitals, clinics, medical administration buildings, and ambulatory health facilities within the Ft. Meade complex.

Critical Components of the Project:

  1. Design and Planning:

    • Develop detailed architectural and engineering plans for renovating and altering the medical facilities.
    • Incorporate modern healthcare design principles to improve functionality, efficiency, and patient care.
    • Ensure all designs meet current building codes, healthcare regulations, and accessibility standards.
  2. Renovation and Alteration:

    • Overhaul the existing medical facility to update and modernize its infrastructure.
