BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Project Overview:
This project was performed under the NAVFAC Hawaii Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), which authorizes a range of construction and repair work across Naval Base Pearl Harbor. Under this contract, Silver Mountain Construction delivered safety-related infrastructure upgrades, including facility repairs, accessibility improvements, and other modifications that enhanced both compliance and operational efficiency.
Our Role:
Titan Consultants supported the project by providing a qualified Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). Our SSHO ensured that all construction activities complied with EM 385-1-1 standards, OSHA regulations, and Navy safety requirements. Through daily oversight, safety audits, and crew coordination, our SSHO maintained a safe work environment, minimized risks, and supported project delivery on schedule.
