BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The East Campus Building 4 (ECB4) is a cutting-edge military construction project designed to support critical mission operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. Titan Consultants contributed to this project by providing Quality Control Managers, ensuring all construction phases met the highest standards.

Project Details:

  • Primary Facility: The project includes an advanced operational mission building spanning approximately 854,000 gross square feet.
  • Parking Structure: A multi-level modular parking structure accommodating over 3,000 vehicles, with plans for future expansion.
  • Connectivity: Pedestrian bridges link ECB4 to adjacent East Campus buildings and the parking structure, enhancing access and functionality.
  • Infrastructure Improvements: Upgraded on-site and off-site roadways, stormwater management systems, reforestation efforts, and utility expansions to support current and future needs.
  • Facility Features: Flexible office layouts, food service areas, and retail spaces for personnel convenience.
