The Submittal Clerk’s responsibilities include:

• Organizing and maintaining project documents. Filing and ensuring accessibility of documents.
• We collect and review submittals from subcontractors and submit documents for approval. We also track submission statuses, liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, and communicate submittal requirements and updates.
• Ensuring submittals meet project standards and specifications.Verifying materials and products.
