BRIEF DESCRIPTION

GAF ADMIN BUILDING PROJECT – NEWTON, KS (QUALITY CONTROL MANAGEMENT)

Titan Consultants provided Quality Control Management (QCM) support for the GAF Admin Building Project in Newton, Kansas in partnership with Seaton Construction. Moreover, the project involved commercial building construction requiring strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and inspection protocols.


PROJECT OVERVIEW

Furthermore, the project focused on the construction and completion of an administrative facility supporting operational and office functions. In addition, coordination between field teams ensured smooth execution across all construction phases. Consequently, workflow continuity was maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Moreover, construction activities included structural work, interior build-out, and system installations. Additionally, sequencing was managed to align with project milestones and delivery targets. Therefore, the project progressed efficiently toward final completion.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGEMENT
