Design-Bid-Build (DBB)

In this method, the Owner hires the GC and design team separately. The design team may also help manage the construction contract. The GC receives detailed drawings and specs in a solicitation to quote, which may be updated through amendments.

TITAN collaborates with trade partners to deliver accurate, competitive bids. Our procurement team also prepares a clear, professional proposal for the Owner’s review.

If awarded the project, TITAN immediately begins work on submittals, contracts, insurance, scheduling, and product documentation. We will build the project per the contract documents on time without sacrificing safety or quality. Design – Build (DB)

In this method, the Owner requests bids from the GC or Prime Contractor for both design and construction services. During the biding phase. The GC collaborates with the design team to align project objectives with local building codes. The budgetary design is prepared and the allows the Prime to bid on the project properly and accurately.

TITAN’s licensed Professional Engineers work with the design team to deliver accurate, competitive quotes to our customers. We also have certified Construction Managers (CMs) to ensure that we view the project in a constructability and scheduling standpoint.

If awarded a DB project, we’ll work with the Owner and Design Team to meet all project objectives. Our expertise in DB has allowed us to construct multiple facilities, both commercial and residential.

Subcontractors & Vendors

Our trades partners are the most important members in the overall construction effort. Though we subcontract with our partners as independent contractors, we treat all our partners with respect and transparency.
