ENSURING CONTRACT COMPLIANCE IN TX
Moreover, Texas plays a vital role in the nation’s economy, infrastructure, and border security; therefore, contract compliance in TX remains a top priority for federal construction projects. With extensive activity in areas such as oil drilling, trade, and construction, the demand for reliable oversight continues to increase. Given that Texas is the second-largest state by area and population, ensuring contract compliance in TX is essential to maintaining quality, safety, and legal standards. Titan Consultants proudly provides quality control and compliance services across key cities throughout the state.

Throughout the dozens of projects we have managed in a QCM capacity in Texas, our efforts have supported numerous government agencies, including the USACE Fort Worth District and the Galveston District. We are also proud to provide services to NAVFAC Southeast Installations throughout Texas. As CQC System Managers, our number 1 goal is to ensure contract compliance. This protects not only the end user but also the prime and subcontractors from having to fix or replace work. Our work includes RMS maintenance and updates, submittals, three-phase inspections, and regular progress meetings. Additionally, we conduct punch-out, pre-final, and final acceptance inspections while operating as the liaison between the prime contractor and the contract facilitator.
Yes, certification courses are available and offered through the Galveston District. Additionally, courses are offered on a first-come, first-served basis with limited seating.

With TX being the second largest state by area, and due to it’s geographical location, you can bet that there is plenty of QCM construction work in the state.
You can find the Dallas-Fort Worth and Galveston districts in Texas, but they do not encompass the entire state. Due to the state's immense size, Tulsa and Albuquerque Districts also cover a portion of Texas.
