BRIEF DESCRIPTION

 

The Design-Build contract encompasses a comprehensive renovation of approximately 78,000 square feet of warehouse space to transform it into a central processing center. The scope of the upgrades includes the creation and modernization of various functional areas to enhance the facility’s operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Critical Areas of Renovation:

  1. Administrative Space:

    • Office Areas: Construction and refurbishment of offices to provide private, functional spaces for administrative staff. These offices will have modern amenities and technology to support daily administrative tasks.
    • Open Workstations: Open workstations will be installed to foster a collaborative work environment. These workstations will be designed to maximize space utilization while ensuring comfort and productivity for employees.
  2. BP Functions:

    • The renovation will include dedicated areas for BP (Business Process) functions, ensuring streamlined operations and improved workflow. These areas will support specific BP tasks and activities, enhancing overall efficiency.
  3. Conference Space:

    • Creation of modern conference spaces equipped with the latest technology for meetings, presentations, and collaborative sessions. These spaces will accommodate various group sizes and provide a professional internal and external communications environment.
  4. Restrooms:

    • Renovation and expansion of restroom facilities to meet current standards and accommodate increased usage. The restrooms will be designed with modern fixtures, accessibility features, and high-quality finishes to ensure comfort and hygiene for all users.
  5. Holding Space:

    • Design and construction of holding spaces within the facility. These areas will be secure and compliant with relevant regulations, providing a safe environment for temporary holding purposes.

Additional Renovation Details:

  • Infrastructure Upgrades: The renovation will include necessary upgrades to the building’s infrastructure, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and IT systems, to support the new layout and functionality.
  • Interior Finishes: High-quality interior finishes, including flooring, lighting, wall treatments, and ceiling designs, are applied throughout the facility to create a modern and welcoming environment.
