Scope of Work
Sump Pump System Replacement:
- Removal and Replacement: The existing sump pump system piping and equipment in all four sump rooms and pits will be removed, and new piping and equipment will be installed to enhance system functionality and reliability.
Abatement Work:
- Lead-Based Paint Abatement: Safely remove lead-based paint from affected areas to comply with safety regulations and protect workers.
- Asbestos Abatement: Removal of asbestos-containing materials to ensure a safe working environment and meet environmental regulations.
Electrical Upgrades:
- Replacement of Electric Controls: Installation of new electric controls for improved system management and performance.
- Replacement of Electrical Feeders: Upgrading electrical feeders to support the new sump pump equipment and ensure reliable power supply.
Additional Work:
