Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance Project

Project Overview

This project involves repairing and maintaining commercial and industrial machinery and equipment, excluding automotive and electronic systems. The work includes a range of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of machinery and equipment used in various commercial and industrial settings.

Scope of Work

  • Repair and Maintenance Services:

    • Machinery and Equipment: Perform repair and maintenance tasks on various commercial and industrial machinery and equipment, excluding automotive and electronic systems.
    • Types of Equipment: This includes, but is not limited to, conveyors, pumps, compressors, industrial fans, and other heavy machinery used in commercial and industrial operations.
    • Service Tasks: Tasks may involve troubleshooting, parts replacement, lubrication, calibration, and performance optimization.
  • Safety and Compliance:

    • Safety Protocols: Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure safe operation during repair and maintenance activities.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards to maintain equipment safety and reliability.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Service Records: Maintain detailed records of all repair and maintenance activities performed.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status of machinery and equipment, including any issues encountered and resolutions applied.

TITAN’s Role:

  • Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO):
    • Responsibilities: Provide a Site Safety and Health Officer to oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the repair and maintenance project.
    • Duties: Monitor work practices, enforce safety protocols, conduct safety briefings, and address safety concerns during the project.
    • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all safety measures are adhered to and that the repair and maintenance activities are conducted safely and controlled.
