Lacy Mechanical, Inc. Scope of Work:

• Roofing Replacement: YTC’s various buildings’ roofing systems will be replaced, including new roofing installations and any required underlayment.
• Siding Replacement: Replace and paint siding on specified buildings to meet design and color specifications.

TITAN’s Role:

• Quality Control Management: Provide QC Management services to oversee the project and ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and high-quality standards throughout the roofing and siding replacement processes.

Detailed Work Plan

1. Pre-Construction Phase:

   • Assessment: Conduct a detailed examination of all buildings listed to determine the scope of work for roofing and siding replacement.
   • Design Review: Ensure all designs and materials meet the required codes and specifications.

2. Construction Phase:

   • Roofing Installation:
     • Removal: Remove existing roofing materials from specified buildings.
     • Installation: Install new roofing materials as specified, including felt, TPO, and additional components.
   • Siding Installation:
     • Replacement: Remove and replace siding on designated buildings.
     • Painting: Apply paint to new siding as per JBLM Design Code.
   • Gutter and Accessory Repairs: Repair or replace gutters and other accessories as required.
