Construction Managers

Construction Manager Qualifications
- Government construction experience preferred

Quality Control Managers (QCMs)

QCMs oversee quality control systems, coordinate inspections, review project documentation, and ensure construction activities comply with contract requirements. Their attention to detail helps projects achieve outstanding results while maintaining compliance with government standards.
Quality Control Manager Qualifications
- Current QCM certification preferred
- Experience with USACE and NAVFAC projects
- Knowledge of Three-Phase Control Systems
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to manage project quality programs
Site Safety and Health Officers (SSHOs)
Safety remains a core value at Titan Consultants. Our Site Safety and Health Officers help contractors create safer work environments while maintaining compliance with EM 385-1-1 requirements and project-specific safety programs.
SSHOs conduct site inspections, identify hazards, coordinate training activities, and work closely with project leadership to prevent incidents before they occur. Their proactive approach helps ensure successful project execution while protecting workers and stakeholders.
SSHO Qualifications
- EM 385-1-1 knowledge and experience
- OSHA training and certifications
- Government construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication abilities

Superintendents
Titan Consultants Superintendents provide strong field leadership and operational oversight throughout project execution. They coordinate subcontractors, manage daily activities, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Their understanding of construction operations, safety requirements, and quality standards makes them valuable leaders on government construction projects where performance and compliance are essential.
Superintendent Qualifications
- Construction supervision experience
- Government project experience preferred
