BRIEF DESCRIPTION
At Titan Consultants, we proudly contributed to the Fort Riley Barracks 7081 A/B/E/F Renovation 4 project in Kansas — a major effort led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Kansas City District to modernize and improve living conditions for U.S. Army personnel.
Partnering with The Walsh Group, Titan Consultants provided a qualified Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) responsible for implementing and enforcing comprehensive safety programs throughout the project’s duration. Our team ensured compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and Corps of Engineers safety standards, protecting workers while maintaining uninterrupted progress on site.
Key responsibilities included:
Developing and managing the Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs)
Conducting daily safety inspections and pre-task briefings
Coordinating with the Corps’ Quality Assurance team to maintain compliance with all federal safety regulations
Promoting a proactive safety culture among all site personnel
