BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Project Overview
Titan Consultants served as the Superintendent on the GSA Roofing Project at Building 3700, located within the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, Georgia. This high-value government contract involved a complete roof replacement of one of the critical logistics and command buildings managed under the U.S. General Services Administration.
The work focused on the removal of the existing roofing system and the installation of a new, energy-efficient, and durable roofing solution that meets stringent federal construction standards. The project adhered strictly to EM 385-1-1 safety guidelines and USACE specifications, reflecting our commitment to quality assurance and construction safety excellence.
Titan’s Contribution
Titan Consultants ensured the project stayed on schedule and within compliance as the on-site Superintendent, overseeing all day-to-day construction activities, managing subcontractor coordination, verifying safety enforcement, and reporting progress directly to the prime contractor and government representatives.
Our involvement helped ensure seamless communication among stakeholders, adherence to safety standards, and timely resolution of field challenges, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of this government-funded infrastructure upgrade.
