Titan Consultants is proudly delivering Quality Control Management (QCM) services for the NOAA Manchester Seawater System Upgrade, a strategically significant infrastructure project based in Seattle, Washington. This effort, awarded to Prospect Construction, centers on the enhancement and modernization of NOAA’s seawater intake, treatment, and distribution systems that support vital marine science operations at the Manchester Research Station.
The Manchester Research Station is a cornerstone of NOAA’s environmental stewardship and aquaculture innovation. Its success depends on a reliable, high-quality seawater supply to sustain advanced research in fishery biology, habitat restoration, and ocean health.
